Our Story
Rooted In College Pride!
At Usip we are not just serving drinks; we are building a brand that celebrates the culture and traditions that make college towns special.
Founders Justin Burnett & William Burbank wanted to open a drink business to get good drinks to college campuses. We had great times in college but recognized schools are missing a great drink option. Usip was born!
We then recruited to help our cause. Sean Salisbury and a group of our college friends joined the movement and we were off and running.
College was a good time but we accomplished a few things along the way…
Justin, a 2002 graduate of Sam Houston State University, was a former chapter president of Sigma Phi Epsilon and was awarded Outstanding Young Alumnus in 2017 from the University.
William played baseball at Rice University where he graduated in 2023 and remains involved with the university.
Sean is a former University of Southern California and NFL Quarterback. Sean played QB in the NFL for 10 years, most of it with the Minnesota Vikings. Sean is currently host of SportsTalk 790 in Houston and has a new Podcast called Unpaved with Sean Salisbury on Rumble.
